By booking or receiving treatments at Ruby Leigh Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree that:

Individual assessment: All treatments are assessed on an individual basis. Treatment plans, products used, and techniques are tailored to your unique anatomy and medical history.
Right to refuse treatment: Ruby Leigh Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or discontinue any treatment at our professional discretion if we determine it is not in your best interest, or if accurate medical history has not been disclosed.
Results may vary: Individual results from cosmetic treatments vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and results depend on a range of factors including individual physiology, aftercare compliance, and lifestyle factors.

E-Commerce & Product Terms

Our online shop offers selected skincare and hair care products, including Avocado Zinc SPF products and XYON hair care products. By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the following:

In-store pickup only: All online orders are available for in-store pickup only at our Carramar clinic. We do not currently offer delivery or shipping.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment: All online payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
Product availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened products unless the product is faulty or defective. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, our cancellation policy exists to ensure fair access to appointments for all clients:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show") will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Ruby Leigh Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, brand names, and design elements, is the property of Ruby Leigh Aesthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
